HMGB4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 213 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP12, RNU6-844P, and SRIP2. Each is linked with HMGB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGB4-to-partner and partner-to-HMGB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP12 grouped by HMGB4-low versus HMGB4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
