Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HMGB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPHA3, SH3BP1, and AMOTL2. Each is linked with HMGB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGB4-to-partner and partner-to-HMGB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EPHA3 grouped by HMGB4-low versus HMGB4-high in OESOPHAGUS.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
