HMGB3P27

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGB3P27 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGB3P27 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher HMGB3P27 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGB3P27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and OV show a favorable association.

DLBC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where HMGB3P27 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
