Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGB1P17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,459 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGB1P17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tolerance induction, Negative regulation of leukocyte apoptotic process, and Negative regulation of cell activation. Each is linked with HMGB1P17 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGB1P17-to-partner and partner-to-HMGB1P17 results are reported.
