Across TCGA cell cohorts, HMGB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,728 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMGB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication, Positive regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with HMGB1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGB1-to-partner and partner-to-HMGB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
