HMGA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,623 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP52, HMGA2-AS1, and IGF2BP2. Each is linked with HMGA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGA2-to-partner and partner-to-HMGA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HMGA2 versus RPSAP52 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
