Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGA1P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,049 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGA1P8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, SSB, and CRYBG3_S144. Each is linked with HMGA1P8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGA1P8-to-partner and partner-to-HMGA1P8 results are reported.
