Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMGA1P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,892 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMGA1P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organelle transport along microtubule, Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, and Microtubule-based transport. Each is linked with HMGA1P7 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMGA1P7-to-partner and partner-to-HMGA1P7 results are reported.
