Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HMGA1P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HMGA1P7 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher HMGA1P7 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HMGA1P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and BRCA show a favorable association.
ACC, DLBC, and KIRC are the cancer types where HMGA1P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
