Across TCGA cell cohorts, HMG20B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,866 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HMG20B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Pigment metabolic process involved in pigmentation, and Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with HMG20B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMG20B-to-partner and partner-to-HMG20B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by HMG20B-low versus HMG20B-high in BONE.
