HMG20A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMG20A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,251 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMG20A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, RNA5SP412, and FTH1P26. Each is linked with HMG20A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMG20A-to-partner and partner-to-HMG20A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP422 grouped by HMG20A-low versus HMG20A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMG20A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMG20A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
