HMBS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMBS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,497 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMBS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRM1, MRPL12, and TIMM8B. Each is linked with HMBS in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMBS-to-partner and partner-to-HMBS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HMBS versus MRM1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMBS→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMBS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
