HMBOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HMBOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,222 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HMBOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3929, RNU6-937P, and RNU6-1067P. Each is linked with HMBOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HMBOX1-to-partner and partner-to-HMBOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3929 grouped by HMBOX1-low versus HMBOX1-high in SARC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HMBOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HMBOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
