HM13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HM13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,753 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HM13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BCL2L1, PTPN1, and APPL1. Each is linked with HM13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HM13-to-partner and partner-to-HM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HM13 versus BCL2L1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→HM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
