HM13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HM13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,863 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HM13-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSR4, ZNF638, and CEP68. Each is linked with HM13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HM13-to-partner and partner-to-HM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HM13 versus SSR4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→HM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
