HM13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HM13 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HM13-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells, GMP, and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with HM13 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HM13-to-partner and partner-to-HM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Th2 cells grouped by HM13-low versus HM13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→HM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
