HM13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HM13 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,455 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HM13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF337, DDX10, and PLCG2. Each is linked with HM13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HM13-to-partner and partner-to-HM13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF337 grouped by HM13-low versus HM13-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HM13→partner) and Y-score (partner→HM13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
