HLX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLX-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL22, LCE2B, and OR5B12. Each is linked with HLX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLX-to-partner and partner-to-HLX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL22 grouped by HLX-low versus HLX-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLX→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
