HLCS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLCS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,094 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLCS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, RPLP1P10, and TYW5. Each is linked with HLCS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLCS-to-partner and partner-to-HLCS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by HLCS-low versus HLCS-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLCS→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLCS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
