HLA-S

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-S RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,617 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-S-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of regulatory T cell differentiation, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen, and Positive regulation of tolerance induction. Each is linked with HLA-S in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-S-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-S→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
