Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,867 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen, Positive regulation of T cell mediated cytotoxicity, and Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I. Each is linked with HLA-P in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-P-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen grouped by HLA-P-low versus HLA-P-high in CHOL.
