Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HLA-N RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HLA-N data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher HLA-N RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HLA-N expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCS, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where HLA-N RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
