Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-K RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,145 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-K-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of innate immune response, MDA-5 signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with HLA-K in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-K-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-K results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of innate immune response grouped by HLA-K-low versus HLA-K-high in SKCM.
