HLA-K

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-K mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-K-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tcm and MEP. Each is linked with HLA-K in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-K-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ Tcm grouped by HLA-K-low versus HLA-K-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-K→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
