HLA-H

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,559 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-H-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLA-B, TAP1, and HLA-C. Each is linked with HLA-H in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-H-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-H→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
