Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HLA-DRA mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HLA-DRA data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher HLA-DRA mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HLA-DRA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

COAD, GBM, and CCRCC are the cancer types where HLA-DRA mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
