Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 778 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are DENND6A-AS1, COPRS, and YARS1. Each is linked with HLA-DRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DRA-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
