Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DRA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, Notch1, and p27. Each is linked with HLA-DRA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DRA-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DRA results are reported.
