Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HLA-DPA1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HLA-DPA1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher HLA-DPA1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HLA-DPA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

READ, BLCA, and ESCA are the cancer types where HLA-DPA1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
