Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DOA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,958 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HLA-DOA-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLA-DQB1, CD74, and HLA-DRB1. Each is linked with HLA-DOA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DOA-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DOA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DOA→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DOA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
