Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-DOA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 540 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DOA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-199P, MTCO3P18, and RNU6-150P. Each is linked with HLA-DOA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DOA-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DOA results are reported.
