HLA-DOA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-DOA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,323 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DOA-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLA-DPB1, HLA-DRA, and HLA-DMB. Each is linked with HLA-DOA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DOA-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DOA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-DOA→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-DOA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
