Across TCGA cell cohorts, HLA-DOA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,489 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-DOA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation, Regulation of CD4-positive, CD25-positive, alpha-beta regulatory T cell differentiation, and Positive regulation of CD4-positive, CD25-positive, alpha-beta regulatory T cell differentiation. Each is linked with HLA-DOA in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-DOA-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-DOA results are reported.
