HLA-C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HLA-C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 126 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HLA-C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL1P1, RN7SL447P, and SLC25A51P2. Each is linked with HLA-C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HLA-C-to-partner and partner-to-HLA-C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HLA-C→partner) and Y-score (partner→HLA-C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
