Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HKDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,034 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HKDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP82, PCGF5, and MRPL40. Each is linked with HKDC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HKDC1-to-partner and partner-to-HKDC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP82 grouped by HKDC1-low versus HKDC1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HKDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HKDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
