HKDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HKDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 227 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HKDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPY2R, SIGLECL1, and GRSF1. Each is linked with HKDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HKDC1-to-partner and partner-to-HKDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPY2R grouped by HKDC1-low versus HKDC1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HKDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HKDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
