HK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,992 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERO1A, KDM3A, and P4HA2. Each is linked with HK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HK2-to-partner and partner-to-HK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HK2 versus ERO1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
