HK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,808 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A1, GAPDH, and TNXB. Each is linked with HK2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HK2-to-partner and partner-to-HK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HK2 versus SLC2A1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
