HK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,270 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCYBP45, INO80B-WBP1, and H2AC14. Each is linked with HK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HK2-to-partner and partner-to-HK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCYBP45 grouped by HK2-low versus HK2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
