HK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF490, C4orf47, and OR11H6. Each is linked with HK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HK2-to-partner and partner-to-HK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF490 grouped by HK2-low versus HK2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
