HJURP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HJURP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,895 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HJURP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLS3-AS1, CHASERR, and ZNHIT3. Each is linked with HJURP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HJURP-to-partner and partner-to-HJURP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLS3-AS1 grouped by HJURP-low versus HJURP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HJURP→partner) and Y-score (partner→HJURP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
