Across TCGA cell cohorts, HJURP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HJURP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD33, SLC4A1, and DMRTC2. Each is linked with HJURP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HJURP-to-partner and partner-to-HJURP results are reported.
