HIVEP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIVEP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIVEP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, GAPDH, and c-Kit. Each is linked with HIVEP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIVEP3-to-partner and partner-to-HIVEP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by HIVEP3-low versus HIVEP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIVEP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIVEP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
