HIVEP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIVEP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,052 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIVEP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QKI, HIVEP3_S948, and AP2M1. Each is linked with HIVEP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIVEP2-to-partner and partner-to-HIVEP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIVEP2 versus QKI in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIVEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIVEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
