Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIVEP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,450 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIVEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAIP2, ANGPTL4, and FAM20A. Each is linked with HIVEP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIVEP2-to-partner and partner-to-HIVEP2 results are reported.
