Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIVEP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HIVEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Cyclin-B1, and PAI-1. Each is linked with HIVEP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIVEP2-to-partner and partner-to-HIVEP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by HIVEP2-low versus HIVEP2-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIVEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIVEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
