HIRIP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIRIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HIRIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2, NLRP8, and OR10R2. Each is linked with HIRIP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIRIP3-to-partner and partner-to-HIRIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL2 grouped by HIRIP3-low versus HIRIP3-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIRIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIRIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
