Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIRA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,694 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HIRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEND3, MYBL2, and DAB2. Each is linked with HIRA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIRA-to-partner and partner-to-HIRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HIRA versus BEND3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
