Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HIRA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,220 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HIRA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC13, CCDC51, and OXA1L. Each is linked with HIRA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIRA-to-partner and partner-to-HIRA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC13 grouped by HIRA-low versus HIRA-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HIRA→partner) and Y-score (partner→HIRA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
