Across TCGA cell cohorts, HIRA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,055 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HIRA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Negative regulation of chromosome condensation. Each is linked with HIRA in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HIRA-to-partner and partner-to-HIRA results are reported.
